What if something in the package turns out to be broken?

We are very careful in packing your orders but still, any damage may occur. In such a situation you have to prove the damage within 3 hours of receiving your order. Implementation will take 10 to 15 working days approximately.

Once you place an order for purchase from our online shopping store, this order will be considered a Confirm Order. We will not consider a change in the decision after sending you the order.

According to the return or change policy, we will only entertain cases that we have received

within 3 working days.

We will not refund your shipping in the event of a refund.

 

If you have ordered a product of any kind from our online store but have not used it, you can always return it within 3 working days, but you will have to bear the cost of shipping for the return with the original receipt. The whole process can take about 10 to 15 days for the return or replacement of the product. The return requires that the product should be in its original condition and there is no damage of any kind.


Shopping from a physical outlet

If you have purchased from one of our physical outlets, the return or change will be from the same store but within 3 working days with the original receipt, it is possible.

It is very important for some products like fashion and beauty that if the product is opened or used or the product is damaged, it will not be returned, refund, or replaced.
